These presentations cover the fundamentals of computer forensics, and discusses the many forensic artifacts that are useful to prove a variety of criminal charges.   

Pre-Trial Strategies in Child Abuse Cases

This webinar will discuss a variety of pre-trial strategies to implement in child abuse cases in order to place the State in its best position for successful prosecution.   From charging decisions to working with victims to pre-trial motions practice, this webinar will highlight helpful tools for prosecutors to utilize in the time leading up to trial in order to narrow legal disputes, minimize surprise at trial, and strengthen the State’s position for a favorable and just outcome for the victim.
